By scheduling service with PNW CLEANING COMPANY (PNW CLEANING CO.) you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Service

We provide standard residential cleaning services only. We do not perform mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, hoarding cleanup, construction cleanup, or any service requiring specialized equipment or certification.

Pricing & Condition

All pricing is based on average home condition. Homes requiring excessive time due to heavy buildup, clutter, or unsanitary conditions may result in additional charges or service refusal.

Access

Client is responsible for providing safe access to the property. Failure to provide access may result in a lockout fee or full service charge. Pets must be secured during service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the 50% of the service amount.

Satisfaction Policy

Clients must report concerns within 24 hours of service. We offer a re-clean for areas within scope. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

Breakage & Damage

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or improperly secured items.

Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service for unsafe conditions, aggressive animals, illegal activity, or harassment.

Deposit

The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be credited toward your final invoice.

Voucher Guideline

The free cleaning voucher is good for a free interior oven or fridge cleaning with the purchase of a deep clean.

Payments

Client authorizes PNW CLEANING COMPANY (PNW CLEANING CO.) to charge the payment method on file for services rendered. 

Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks for services provided.

Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service performed.
